A Note About Site Walk Fees: Our core coverage area is within 30 miles of Springvale, Maine. We offer extended coverage up to 2 hours from Springvale. There is a variable consultation fee for site walks in our extended coverage area based on mileage. Current rate is $2 per mile one way. When hired, this payment is applied to the booking deposit.
